“We are sure to spend every dollar into something that feeds hungry families. We take donations very seriously and would welcome a visit or a phone call. On behalf of the hundreds of families impacted each week, thank you for any help you can provide”

Walt, Owner – A Christian Food Pantry

Who We Are

Though we follow Christian principles and practices, we are not affiliated with any denomination or church and provide our service regardless of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, or sexual orientation. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

We operate on a volunteer structure, without salaries, which allows all donations to go directly to the purchase of food for those in need. Our operating expenses are offset by monies raised through sales in our thrift store.

Other ways of donating

AC Food Pantry accepts monetary donations in the following:

  1. Online Form, both recurring and one time.
  2. Cash; delivered to AC Food Pantry
  3. Check; delivered or mailed to AC Food Pantry

That’s it! We make it as simple as possible so that we can provide meals as soon as possible. Thank you for your willingness to make an impact on the hungry in the East Plano area; this organization would not be what it is today without donations from our community.

Yes! Check out our volunteer page for more details. There are many ways to support A Christian Food Pantry, including furniture, food donations and more.

A tax deductible gift of $20 will help support one family of four through the month.

AC Food Food Pantry provides a free supply of groceries once per week per household for residents of East Plano. The organization serves everyone, regardless of their race, color, or religion. This includes low income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, working poor, and anyone else that comes to the pantry that needs emergency food assistance.

At AC Food Pantry, you will be able to select groceries in our “farmer’s market” style pantry once per week. We have structured our food pantry in this way to create an environment that is both comfortable and uplifting. We hope you will stop by soon and find that AC Food Pantry is exactly what you’re looking for!

A Christian Food Pantry continues its good work thanks to donations from individuals and corporations, with minor government grants.
